00:00[Music] 00:04
hey everybody and welcome to the void a
00:06
show dedicated to filling the void
00:08
between being an employee and becoming
00:10
self-employed
00:13
between working for yourself and working
00:15
for somebody else i’m your host mitch
00:17
smedley and i recently made the switch
00:19
myself after working in the plumbing
00:21
industry for about 20 years i finally
00:23
decided to start my own plumbing company
00:25
most people refer to starting their own
00:26
company as taking the leap as if they’re
00:29
blindly jumping off a cliff and into the
00:31
unknown
00:33
this show is here to help you understand
00:35
that it doesn’t have to be that way it
00:38
doesn’t have to be a leap at all it can
00:40
be as simple as taking a few carefully
00:42
planned steps in the right direction
00:45
we’ll share with you the process that i
00:46
use for starting my company so you too
00:49
can soon be on the way to starting your
00:52
very own service based company
00:54
we’ll work through some of the common
00:55
issues that are preventing you from
00:58
starting your company and filling your
01:00
own true potential
01:02
let’s start off by explaining who i am
01:05
what i’ve done and why we’re doing this
01:08
my name is mitch smedley i’ve been a
01:10
plumber for about 20 years
01:12
and about 18 months ago i started my own
01:15
company and i’ve never looked back
01:19
i spent about the last 14 years of my
01:22
career in some form of management role
01:25
working for other companies but i was
01:28
working for somebody else i was helping
01:30
somebody else build their dream instead
01:32
of my own i was helping some other
01:34
company look better to their
01:36
shareholders
01:38
instead of building a legacy that i
01:40
could pass on for my future generations
01:42
i was helping build a legacy for
01:44
somebody else
01:46
i always had the dream of running my own
01:47
company one day but my entire career was
01:50
spent struggling to develop the
01:52
knowledge and the courage to make it
01:55
happen
01:58
i was 38 years old when i started my
02:00
company
02:02
you might be 18 years old 28 years old
02:06
48 or 68. it doesn’t
02:09
matter
02:10
all it takes to start your own company
02:12
is desire
02:14
time doesn’t matter
02:16
with me today is david
02:19
david introduce yourself
02:21
uh david hilton i’ve started a couple of
02:24
companies yeah i wish that
02:26
when i started there was
02:28
something similar to this
02:30
to help you through the the pitfalls and
02:32
the challenges and you know i say
02:33
pitfalls and challenges i really mean
02:36
just things that i didn’t know yeah and
02:38
when i hit the google machine hey that
02:40
didn’t come up or it did come up and
02:42
there were
02:43
eight forums and 72 different answers on
02:47
those forums right and all that does is
02:49
confuse you you know you need that help
02:52
you know i’ve started a couple companies
02:54
um
02:55
they’ve been successful and they have
02:56
given me a ton of knowledge and when
02:59
mitch asked me to help him do this i i
03:01
mean i was actually very excited yeah to
03:04
start you know hey i could share that
03:06
stuff yeah i’ve got some info that could
03:08
really help some people we started with
03:09
two incredibly different backgrounds you
03:11
started early and with very little
03:13
planning and very little preparation and
03:15
i started late with tons of planning and
03:19
preparation yeah we’re both successful
03:21
yep and uh so so we’re we bring a really
03:25
good dynamic
03:26
against each other of of the two
03:28
different views so yeah different things
03:30
i started you know i just decided okay
03:33
i’m gonna do it yeah just jumped right
03:34
in right
03:36
did it help me in some areas yeah you
03:38
know i’m a go-getter just get it done
03:40
i’ll figure it out i’ll make it happen
03:41
did it hurt me in other areas yeah oh
03:43
yeah wasted money at the accountant you
03:45
know starting an llc
03:47
oh wait i could have just went to the
03:48
secretary of state website done it
03:50
myself got my tax id number right and
03:51
we’re going to talk about all that stuff
03:53
oh yeah but you know it it just
03:56
made it would have been a lot simpler if
03:58
i had just known
04:00
i mean just half the information that
04:02
we’re going to go over in those core
04:04
episodes well even as short as two years
04:05
ago i didn’t know anything about llcs or
04:07
s corps or insurance or anything like
04:09
that and so
04:11
uh
04:12
the reason we’re starting this podcast
04:14
is because
04:15
there’s a lot of people that are that
04:18
are handicapped and not not starting
04:20
their own businesses because
04:22
of some some fears that they have and
04:25
they let those fears stomp on their
04:27
dreams and simple things yeah you know
04:30
simple simple simple things just like we
04:31
talked about llc man i just don’t know
04:33
how to get started on the llc right it’s
04:36
so simple when we start going through
04:38
this stuff you’d be like oh yeah really
04:40
yeah that’s all it took and some of it’s
04:42
as simple as an llc other of it is a lot
04:44
of process and procedure stuff and
04:45
everything else but we’re going to go
04:46
over everything so that you can charge
04:48
into this endeavor with confidence yeah
04:50
exactly yeah
04:52
i’m really excited to get some of the
04:53
information out there yeah it’s going to
04:54
be it’s gonna be really good this this
04:56
whole podcast is dedicated to speak to
04:58
the heart and soul of anybody who kicks
05:00
ass at their job and who aspires to one
05:03
day own their company
05:05
uh subscribing to this podcast will help
05:07
you learn exactly what it takes to
05:08
transition from being an employee to
05:11
being self-employed we’re going to cover
05:13
everything on how to handle money to how
05:15
to ensure your schedule is always full
05:18
and to getting yourself in the right
05:20
mindset because mindset has more to do
05:22
with it than anything else oh man you’ve
05:24
got to develop a different mindset than
05:27
living paycheck to paycheck absolutely
05:29
you know you’ve got to
05:31
you really have to
05:32
just take it control the reins and
05:34
realize okay this is what i am gonna do
05:38
right you know what i mean you can’t
05:39
just oh i’m getting up and i’m going to
05:41
work today that’s not how it works right
05:42
right not how it works at all yeah you
05:44
guys might be asking yourself what
05:46
qualifies dave and i to lead you through
05:47
this journey
05:49
and uh we’ve been exactly where you are
05:52
me a little bit more recently than dave
05:55
um
05:56
but we’ve been pumping in those 40 to 60
05:59
hour weeks for somebody else and
06:01
wondering for a long time yeah
06:03
and wondering if we’d be happy or
06:05
working for ourselves
06:07
for me
06:08
it was literally two years ago
06:10
two years ago i was working for somebody
06:12
else and
06:14
i had been in the plumbing industry for
06:16
20 years i was managing
06:19
dollar plumbing departments
06:21
and i just kept wondering
06:24
is it worth it who am i doing it for who
06:26
am i doing it for and surely i could be
06:28
doing a little bit better and making a
06:30
little bit bigger impact doing it for
06:31
myself yeah and so uh dave was a little
06:34
bit on a different spectrum yeah i just
06:36
i jumped right in i wanted to do it you
06:39
know on my own and had just
06:41
i just had enough right and i was like
06:42
i’m just not gonna do it right you know
06:44
you had more patience than i did yeah
06:46
yeah you know i just jumped now let’s
06:47
and we can talk about those differences
06:49
you know by staying in and being a
06:51
manager of a major corporation
06:54
there are things you learn that you
06:56
can’t learn even at a ten guy shop yeah
06:58
yeah totally too you know what i mean
07:00
talk about a couple just a couple of
07:01
those things yeah so as a manager of a
07:03
multi-million dollar company that was
07:05
actually owned by like a national
07:06
company you know i was privy to a lot of
07:09
information that’s helped me be
07:10
tremendously successful that i would
07:12
never have had access to that
07:13
information
07:14
working for myself so i don’t regret for
07:18
a moment waiting until 38 years old to
07:21
start our company yeah
07:22
um you know a lot of people will say oh
07:24
yeah i wish i would have started sooner
07:26
and all that stuff i don’t regret that
07:27
one iota because i was putting myself in
07:30
positions intentionally
07:32
at these other larger companies
07:34
specifically to gain knowledge so that i
07:37
could start our company better yeah and
07:40
and when we say
07:41
you know this isn’t a
07:43
boss bashing podcast gosh no no you know
07:46
what i mean this is an informational
07:48
podcast yeah you know we’re not going to
07:49
come on here and say oh don’t work for a
07:52
major corporation because they’re just
07:54
they’re the antichrist no no no not at
07:56
all i don’t regret a moment i worked for
07:58
a major corporation now was it enjoyable
08:01
sometimes
08:03
for me mostly it wasn’t however
08:06
is going to college enjoyable no other
08:08
than partying it’s not right is going to
08:10
trade school enjoyable not really so
08:13
there’s some things that you have to put
08:14
yourself through in life in order to
08:16
come out on the other side with more
08:18
knowledge and and more success and let’s
08:20
so
08:21
if you are at a big corporation and
08:23
you’ve been thinking about it yeah
08:25
maybe when you start going to work
08:28
next week or tomorrow or you know after
08:30
you listen to this podcast maybe start
08:32
thinking of
08:33
what am i gaining yeah here what
08:36
information can i take
08:38
from here
08:39
yeah you know and and use later down the
08:42
road maybe that’ll help you get through
08:44
some of those tough days while you’re
08:46
working to have your own business yeah
08:48
think in a bigger picture right yeah
08:49
bigger picture a lot of guys get focused
08:51
on uh on working for somebody else i’m
08:53
slaving away for somebody else and
08:55
they’re making all the money and they
08:56
can’t think farther than that well yeah
08:57
okay you might be today but get make the
09:00
most out of it yeah learn like do your
09:02
job right but also
09:04
start becoming aware of what your boss
09:06
is doing and and not boss bashing but
09:09
like look at the behaviors that he has
09:11
to do look at all the people he has to
09:12
manage and so forth look at your boss’s
09:15
boss and look at all the behaviors he
09:17
has to do and look at the types of
09:18
problems he has to solve and if you can
09:21
start looking in that direction and and
09:23
looking at things that apply more to
09:26
the big picture rather than just how
09:28
they apply to you and your job
09:30
you’re gonna start
09:32
developing a lot more curiosities about
09:34
how businesses run and that makes um
09:37
that makes those day-to-day troubles
09:40
easier as you’re trying to get to where
09:42
you’re going to right so it you know
09:44
it’s not as you know sometimes you feel
09:46
like you’re at work and there’s just
09:48
this weight oh man i gotta maybe try to
09:50
lift some of that weight yourself by
09:52
saying okay i’m gonna use this as an
09:54
opportunity to prepare myself for later
09:57
down the road yeah yeah yeah so i was
09:59
doing that intentionally i was
10:01
intentionally picking positions at
10:03
certain companies to gain knowledge that
10:05
i was not yet privy to yeah and so
10:07
that’s why i started later and that’s
10:08
why dave started earlier um we’re not
10:11
millionaires i want to get that out in
10:13
the clear uh in in in we’re not
10:16
nationally renowned businessmen and all
10:18
of that stuff were guys who a few years
10:22
ago were exactly where our listeners are
10:25
and why is this important
10:27
because we know exactly what you’re
10:29
going through
10:30
and we also know that you have a hard
10:33
time
10:34
understanding and listening and actually
10:37
hearing what some of these
10:39
multi-millionaires have to say
10:42
there’s a there’s a lot of very very
10:44
successful people out there that talk
10:47
they may even have podcasts on
10:49
entrepreneurship
10:51
um and and this is not an entrepreneur
10:53
podcast this is a self-employment
10:55
podcast and so
10:57
these guys that have entrepreneur
10:59
podcasts they may be millionaires they
11:01
may be billionaires and that’s a that’s
11:04
a challenge and the reason that’s a
11:06
challenge is because
11:08
those guys are so successful
11:11
they’re almost hard to listen to
11:15
um
11:16
they’re
11:17
and i don’t want to discredit their
11:19
knowledge at all the knowledge that
11:20
they’re dropping on their podcast is
11:22
amazing however if you’re a guy that’s
11:25
working 40 hours a week and living
11:26
paycheck to paycheck a lot of what
11:28
they’re talking about is going to go
11:30
right over your head and so this podcast
11:32
is really important because what we’re
11:34
going to be talking about
11:35
is
11:36
is speaking directly to the hearts of
11:38
the guys working 40 hours a week but
11:40
that aspire to do more yeah you don’t
11:43
want it to just be
11:44
um
11:46
all millionaire all the all the time
11:48
yeah you know those guys
11:50
they like you just said they have a lot
11:53
of information but they’re not breaking
11:55
down the step-by-step
11:57
everyday process it’s going to take you
12:00
to get started yes and they’re not
12:01
answering the questions of like we
12:03
talked about the llc earlier right or
12:05
having you know even really simple
12:08
things like hey guys you need to have
12:10
separate banking accounts even before
12:12
you start yeah you know simple things so
12:14
a lot of again a lot of their stuff is
12:16
philosophical they’re going to talk
12:17
about in in
12:19
god forbid i never use these words
12:21
unless i’m quoting one of these guys
12:23
they’re going to say hustle this and
12:25
grind that and you got to be prepared to
12:27
work all this time and all this stuff
12:29
and and yeah okay some of that might be
12:30
true but
12:32
they’re they’re speaking in concepts and
12:34
in theories that that you have a hard
12:36
time connecting into actual steps that
12:38
evolve into you owning your own business
12:40
yeah for sure and so
12:42
um you have a hard time believing a lot
12:44
of what they say because what they’re
12:46
saying like like your income is a
12:48
fraction of what their income is and so
12:51
your knowledge base which is a kind of a
12:53
reflection of your income um your
12:55
knowledge base is
12:57
um is a fraction of theirs and so when
12:59
they’re speaking on all these big
13:01
concepts and these big things it’s just
13:03
over your head it’s just way over your
13:04
head so most of their advice is
13:06
philosophical and inspirational and it
13:08
can just skip right into one ear and out
13:10
the other and some of those guys are
13:11
trying to sell you stuff yeah yeah you
13:13
know most of those guys
13:15
so so not all so all of them vet those
13:17
guys really well that’s a good that’s a
13:18
good point there’s a lot of internet
13:21
gurus out there
13:22
that
13:23
they’re selling you multi-step programs
13:25
or their goal is to sell you this
13:28
program for how to start this business
13:30
or how to start that business and all
13:32
this crap yeah that’s not us and and
13:34
don’t
13:35
don’t just blindly follow those guys so
13:38
anybody that you follow and we’re not
13:39
we’re definitely not telling you only
13:41
follow us absolutely of course not
13:44
there’s a lot of good information out
13:45
there i have a bank of what i call
13:47
digital mentors and some of these guys
13:50
have no clue who i am but they have no
13:52
clue that they’ve inspired me
13:54
greatly
13:56
believe it or not half of my digital
13:58
mentors are not even alive
14:00[Laughter] 14:03
the reason i want to bring that up is
14:05
because
14:06
the guys who put out really good
14:08
information their information is
14:10
timeless and so like one of my one of my
14:12
digital mentors
14:14
his stuff was from the 70s and the 80s
14:16
and so i have to listen to all of his
14:18
stuff on youtube and it’s literally like
14:21
youtube recordings of his cassette tapes
14:23
and and in the middle of the youtube
14:25
video it’ll be like
14:27
it’ll be like that complete side a
14:29
please flip the cassette over to side b
14:32
and and that’s all in the recording
14:34
but his stuff is so powerful it applies
14:37
every bit as much today
14:40
as it did back then and it’s all it’s
14:42
not going to be our job to recommend who
14:44
you should mentor too so uh we’re going
14:47
to try to tour from mentor too is a
14:49
mentor from mentor from yeah i guess so
14:52
you can get inspiration from a lot of
14:53
places and so we’re going to a lot of
14:55
times we’re going to refrain from who we
14:57
got advice from and all of that stuff
14:59
because i don’t want to steer you in any
15:01
direction
15:02
um you got to figure out who works for
15:04
you yeah so we’re more setting you up
15:07
yeah than trying to push you around
15:09
right exactly exactly so um
15:13
um
15:14
the the guys that you’re researching
15:17
make sure or the guys that you’re
15:19
allowing to mentor you uh physically or
15:21
digitally
15:22
make sure they’ve actually done
15:24
something make sure that when you do
15:27
your research about that guy
15:29
that you can find more research about
15:31
what they’ve done than the product they
15:33
may be trying to sell you
15:36
we will never try to sell a product
15:38
we’re not trying we’re not trying to
15:40
sell anything we’re a couple of guys who
15:42
had some really good ideas about how to
15:44
start companies and and
15:46
sell self-employment and not just ideas
15:48
but went through the hardship to learn
15:51
the stuff that you’re gonna need to
15:53
learn right right we’ve done that’s
15:54
where our ideas came from we’ve done it
15:56
ourselves and we’ve learned the right
15:58
way to do things and the wrong way to do
16:00
things and so
16:01
we’re here to help you
16:03
start in the right direction and for
16:06
totally free and there are
16:08
there isn’t one 100
16:11
right this is the only way to do it
16:13
correct and that’s why and later we’re
16:14
gonna have guests we haven’t talked
16:16
about that yet but when we have guests
16:17
on that are you know hey i did it this
16:20
way this is how i got through it right
16:22
and that’s gonna be
16:24
extremely valuable i’m gonna have a
16:26
different perspective than mitch had
16:27
yeah and when different topics come up
16:30
just about
16:31
savings or setting up uh if you have
16:33
some employees their retirement or you
16:35
know and these are going to be things
16:37
down the road not necessarily in the
16:38
core episodes but
16:40
you know the different perspectives are
16:42
going to give you i don’t want to say
16:44
holistic because it makes me sound like
16:45
a hippie it’s going to give you a
16:47
holistic approach about how can i do it
16:51
and how will it work for me in my
16:53
situation right right so like the
16:55
company that i started was a plumbing
16:56
company however the process that i
16:59
developed and used to start that company
17:02
that process can be applied to starting
17:04
any service company whether it’s
17:06
plumbing heating cooling electrical it
17:08
could be hair care lawnmower it could be
17:10
a lawn company decking any any any car
17:14
you’re providing a service directly to
17:16
the consumer yeah this will work this
17:19
process will not work for attorneys
17:22
lawyers and doctors in in more corporate
17:25
environments right we’re talking we’re
17:27
talking services
17:29
blue collar direct to consumer uh
17:32
service companies yeah
17:33
what we’re talking about exactly
17:35
um let’s take a few seconds and go over
17:38
the layout of what you’re getting ready
17:40
to subscribe to
17:41
we’ve put together
17:43
nine episodes that cover some core
17:46
topics that you’re gonna need to
17:48
consider before taking that leap into
17:51
self-employment
17:52
so the remainder of this episode in the
17:54
next eight episodes we’re going to
17:56
discuss some of those main issues you’re
17:59
going to need to overcome prior to
18:01
walking away from your day-to-day job
18:04
those issues are actually different
18:07
areas of adversity that you will need to
18:10
overcome
18:11
adversity forges our character
18:14
and when we overcome adversity our
18:17
character is now improved from where it
18:19
was previously so these are nine or
18:21
these are six areas six core core yes
18:24
six core areas of adversity that you’re
18:26
gonna need to overcome to develop the
18:29
character it takes to start a successful
18:31
business we’re going to talk about i’m
18:33
going to list them off here but we’re
18:34
going to talk about you know we’re going
18:35
to go into the vision the dream of the
18:37
company and get your mindset right but
18:40
after that it’s going to be you know
18:42
personal finance preparation where do i
18:44
need to be before i even think about
18:47
starting the business side of the
18:48
company and then there’s going to be
18:50
business finance preparation do i need a
18:52
loan
18:53
what do i need to do to get the money
18:56
together to start the company now lots
18:58
of those companies are going to take a
18:59
little more overhead right some of them
19:01
aren’t going to take very much you know
19:03
and that’s going to be different for
19:04
everybody and then systems preparation
19:06
systems preparation is
19:09
it’s gonna it’s gonna seem like a lot of
19:11
mumbo jumbo maybe to some people yep at
19:13
different times but
19:15
it’s it’s really important you wanna
19:18
let’s talk about that before i list the
19:20
other ones off because those are
19:21
those are the preparation adversities
19:23
those first three right right so the
19:25
first six episodes of the of the nine
19:28
core episodes the first six are on those
19:31
three steps yeah that’s right so
19:33
systems prep takes up most of those
19:36
episodes
19:37
because
19:38
it is the most important um
19:41
a successful business operates from
19:45
several systems that they have in place
19:48
several processes that they have in
19:50
place and so we’re going to go over
19:52
th no no again no matter what service
19:55
business you’re wanting to try and start
19:57
we’re going to go over
19:59
all of the systems that you need to have
20:01
in place in order to ensure success give
20:04
me a couple of examples of system
20:06
preparation so give me a give me um
20:09
plumbing give me a plumbing systems
20:11
preparation example two or three i’ll do
20:12
you one better um a high level overview
20:15
of like what a successful system looks
20:17
like is mcdonald’s oh okay mcdonald’s
20:21
has a very exact system for how to cook
20:24
a hamburger right they’ve got it down to
20:26
a science they know exactly it to the
20:29
penny order whatever collection yeah
20:31
they know exactly depending what it
20:33
costs they know exactly that the order
20:35
that it happens in and and they know
20:37
exactly how much time it takes to do
20:39
okay
20:40
and so because of that they can build
20:42
their business around cooking a
20:44
hamburger right yeah they know that if
20:45
they cook this many hamburgers in an
20:47
hour they’re going to make this much
20:48
money and they they need to structure
20:51
their drive through in a certain way and
20:52
all this stuff so systems are really
20:53
really cool see what you’re saying so in
20:55
the plumbing world
20:57
systems can be here’s how we handle a
20:59
phone call from an incoming customer
21:01
systems can be here’s how we discuss
21:04
possible repair options with a customer
21:07
systems can can also be behind the
21:09
scenes stuff here’s how we handle the
21:11
money
21:12
yeah here’s how we handle vehicle
21:14
repairs here’s how we handle uh
21:17
filing of work orders so that we if we
21:19
need to go back right this is where it’s
21:21
going to be we always know where it is
21:23
and you know
21:24
system preparation if you have a good
21:26
system
21:28
you don’t have to constantly be thinking
21:30
about
21:31
every little aspect yeah because if it’s
21:34
if it’s in a system and you know where
21:36
it’s going to be then when you need to
21:38
recall that information boom there you
21:40
got it right right if you don’t have
21:42
proper systems in place then you’re
21:44
going to spend most of your day putting
21:45
out fires yeah that’s exactly what it is
21:47
yeah so if you have proper systems maybe
21:49
not fires but you may waste 30 minutes
21:52
running around looking for something
21:53
right because your filing system was not
21:55
ready right right right so that’s why
21:58
systems prep takes up a lot of those
21:59
core episodes it’s important yeah so the
22:02
final three episodes of those nine core
22:04
we’re gonna call those the beginning
22:06
adversities yeah so uh community
22:08
involvement work
22:10
uh
22:10
wake up do the work repeat yep very
22:13
important yeah people seem to forget
22:15
that hey after i started my company and
22:17
after a few months i’m being successful
22:20
i feel like maybe i should take a break
22:22
no you have to keep you got to keep
22:23
going you got to keep working and then
22:25
the last one’s going to be evaluate
22:26
performance make adjustments and improve
22:28
yep that is extremely important if you
22:31
can’t take
22:33
self-evaluation and self-criticism and
22:36
maybe it’s not self-criticism maybe i
22:38
come to mitch’s and say
22:40
you know hey dude you should have
22:42
maybe you should have done this on that
22:43
job right even if he thinks in the back
22:45
of his mind david doesn’t know what he’s
22:47
talking about if he doesn’t think about
22:48
it just for a second and think hey
22:51
maybe i could get better right maybe
22:52
that is a good idea that is extremely
22:55
important
22:56
in the growth of
22:57
personal growth and business growth yeah
22:59
and if you can’t take criticism or or
23:01
you can’t develop personal criticism
23:04
then self-employment is not for you yeah
23:06
let’s just get that out in the open
23:07
right now and even if even if you can’t
23:10
even if the criticism is wrong if you
23:12
can’t handle it yeah
23:14
it you might be in deep trouble yeah
23:16
being able to identify good criticism
23:18
from bad criticism yeah you’re gonna
23:19
listen to it all but you’re going to
23:21
take advice from some of it right yeah
23:23
so definitely um
23:25
as as we go through a lot of these core
23:26
adversities you may learn that you’ve
23:28
completed some of them and that’s great
23:30
that’s awesome that just gets you a
23:31
little bit more yeah a little bit more
23:32
ahead uh time in the bank but um
23:36
once we walk through some of the topics
23:38
it’s going to open up some additional
23:39
conversations that you’re going to have
23:40
with yourself and with others about
23:42
things that you need to do in order to
23:44
take the leap yourself
23:45
so we’re also
23:47
another future part of the layout of the
23:49
show once we get past these nine core
23:51
episodes um we’re gonna flip to a little
23:54
bit different layout where
23:56
we do some question and answer stuff
23:58
where you guys will be able to send in
24:00
questions to us i can’t wait and we’re
24:02
gonna be able to help you work through
24:03
some of those questions um another thing
24:05
that we’re gonna do is we’re gonna bring
24:06
on some guests where we get to talk
24:09
about
24:10
uh other people’s uh self-employment
24:13
journey we’re gonna bring on guests who
24:15
have started their own companies and
24:16
we’re going to talk about what they did
24:19
what struggles they faced for their
24:20
unique business yeah and and how that
24:23
applies to again these six core
24:26
adversities everything is going to tie
24:28
back to these six core adversities and
24:30
so you’re going to realize how important
24:32
these are and then when we talk about
24:34
another person’s struggle here or
24:35
struggle there or whatever
24:37
lo and behold you’re going to find that
24:39
it’s because they weren’t prepared in
24:42
one area or another yeah or that they
24:44
you know maybe they were prepared but
24:46
then they learned something right during
24:48
that preparation that
24:50
just as an example you know uh i started
24:52
an llc and i should have just started at
24:54
an s core yeah you know i literally had
24:56
to change like within 30 days right you
24:59
know
25:00
hey maybe that’ll give someone an answer
25:02
to the question that they have now
25:04
should i do this or should i do that
25:06
right right and we’re going to again
25:07
we’re going to go over all of that llc’s
25:09
s-corps everything so yeah
25:11
we’re going to get into it we’re going
25:13
to we’re going to shift gears here a
25:14
little bit and we’re going to talk uh
25:15
we’re going to go ahead and start
25:16
talking about your company however
25:19
before we do that i want to pause for a
25:20
moment and i want to introduce marcus um
25:23
mark who’s marcus marcus is our producer
25:26
and hey hey
25:27
there he is
25:28
he’s uh he’s got a face for radio so
25:30
we’re doing you guys a favor and
25:33
he’s he’s
25:36
we keep marcus off camera because you
25:39
know he’s just
25:40
he’s just ugly yeah
25:42
no i’m kidding i’m kidding uh marcus go
25:44
ahead and introduce yourself how you
25:46
guys doing we’re we’re doing great
25:48
marcus fantastic
25:50
you put him on the spot he wasn’t right
25:51
he wasn’t quite ready he was like hey
25:54
okay
25:55[Laughter] 25:57
he’s actually working he’s not just
25:59
sitting he’s not sitting next to the
26:01
microphone like this right right he’s
26:03
actually doing stuff so
26:04
so marcus brings a really cool balance
26:06
uh because he has not yet started his
26:09
own company um
26:10
no i’m sure he’s going to have questions
26:12
oh yeah along the way and he’s going to
26:14
be like what
26:15
what
26:16
you guys are idiots or oh maybe these
26:19
guys know what they’re talking about
26:19
right right right we don’t know yet but
26:21
we’re going to see right like live good
26:23
is that i have
26:24
you guys
26:26
on speed dial so right
26:28
these guys i’m changing my number
26:29
tomorrow
26:30
i’m changing my number tomorrow
26:34
um so now that you guys know marcus and
26:36
you’ve met dave and you’ve met me
26:39
let’s get in let’s let’s get into this a
26:41
little bit so let’s talk about why you
26:42
might want to start your own company
26:44
okay a lot of people think that oh i
26:46
want to i want to make a million dollars
26:48
right that’s the classic thing i want to
26:50
become a millionaire yeah um
26:52
so you might look at how at another
26:55
company and how successful their owner
26:57
is and you might aspire to taste some of
26:59
that success or you maybe you saw a guy
27:02
driving a lambo at the gas station we
27:04
shot a lambo in
27:06
maybe one day or a 488 ferrari right
27:08
i’ll take whatever they got right you
27:09
know whatever they got laying around
27:11
i’ll take it right now i’m looking at
27:12
like a nice chavette not even a corvette
27:15
yet but but we’re gonna get there okay
27:18
so maybe you see a guy pulling in a
27:19
lambo and you think oh that’s going to
27:21
be me i want to do that
27:22
um
27:24
your vision for your company is going to
27:26
determine your level of success it’s
27:29
going to determine whether you’re
27:30
driving the chevette
27:32
the corvette or the lambo okay
27:35
um the strength of your vision is gonna
27:38
be what keeps pulling you towards your
27:40
dreams and or or allows them to slip
27:42
away so take a few minutes
27:45
and picture your vision for what your
27:47
company looks like and if you have a
27:49
hard time doing that let’s give you an
27:51
example
27:52
i want you to picture your favorite
27:54
stadium
27:56
or arena or concert hall or race track
27:59
or ballpark
28:01
picture a place where
28:03
it’s a large facility where a lot of
28:06
people gather
28:07
in unison to enjoy the same thing okay
28:12
while you’re picturing that
28:14
picture the parking lot
28:16
imagine walking through the front gates
28:20
put yourself in the seats
28:23
stand at the concession stands walk the
28:26
concourse
28:27
where’s the big
28:28
screen
28:30
who’s playing what are you watching who
28:32
are you with where’s the beer vendor
28:34
what are you smelling what are you
28:35
tasting what are you hearing exactly
28:37
popcorn and a cold beer where’s baseball
28:39
game oh where are the concessions right
28:41
it’s my favorite
28:42
it’s like a vr so yeah
28:45
so how do you think your goggles are
28:47
yeah how do you think that amazing place
28:49
happened how do you think it came to be
28:52
somebody had to imagine that great place
28:55
first
28:56
somebody had to smell taste hear and
28:59
feel
29:00
all of these things long before they
29:03
would come to life
29:05
long ago somebody envisioned every
29:07
aspect of this amazing place that you’re
29:09
thinking of they envisioned every detail
29:12
so vividly that they would be able to
29:14
draw a picture of what it would look
29:16
like their vision was so detailed it
29:18
would transcend their mind’s eye
29:21
and evolve into drawings that would
29:23
eventually become a plan for how it was
29:25
constructed
29:27
long before it was a thing
29:29
it was a dream
29:31
what if that person just stopped at a
29:33
dream
29:34
this amazing place would have never
29:36
become to what it is today
29:38
dreams alone don’t do anything
29:41
not even for the dreamer
29:43
a dream will a dream alone will forever
29:46
stay a dream in the dreamer’s mind
29:50
so what did it take for somebody’s dream
29:52
to evolve into a great event space that
29:54
you’re picturing
29:56
it took a plan
29:58
a well thought out plan a
29:59
well-thought-out plan a plan for where
30:01
to play a plan for where to eat a plan
30:04
for where to watch and where to park
30:07
a dream
30:08
plus a well-thought-out plan produces a
30:12
great destination
30:14
a lot of us fail to dream big enough
30:18
have you ever wondered
30:19
why people can why people can immigrate
30:22
to america
30:23
with nothing but the clothes on their
30:25
backs and become wildly successful
30:28
while people who have lived in america
30:30
for years are still struggling to get by
30:34
the difference is the dream and the plan
30:36
you see the immigrant had a much
30:38
stronger dream
30:40
their dream was developed by hardship
30:42
that they’ve endured in their home
30:43
country their dream was built on huge
30:45
possibilities that are only available in
30:48
america
30:49
their dreams must also include the
30:50
journey to get to america which is which
30:53
is a dream in itself right
30:55
the dream within a dream yeah
30:57
the more hardship a person must overcome
31:00
to in order to achieve their dreams it
31:02
usually results in a higher level of
31:03
success
31:04
so because our character is forged
31:07
through adversity
31:09
the immigrants a lot of times see more
31:11
success than people who have have lived
31:13
here forever because the immigrants have
31:15
faced more adversity than the people who
31:17
have lived here forever so if you’re
31:19
going to be successful you have to have
31:21
great character
31:23
so you have to overcome more adversity
31:26
so right now you’re probably dreaming of
31:27
starting your own company but you don’t
31:28
know where to start you’re excited but
31:30
you have questions
31:31
you probably don’t have the money or the
31:33
desire to buy into a franchise but you
31:35
maybe think that that would kind of be
31:37
cool because they kind of have it all
31:38
mapped out for you well you’re in the
31:39
right place because we’re going to take
31:41
a journey together over these next nine
31:43
episodes and then for the whole future
31:44
of this podcast on exactly what it’s
31:46
going to take to start a company
31:48
the ideas that we’re going to be talking
31:49
about are the ideas i used to start my
31:52
own company just a year and a half to
31:54
two years ago
31:56
so you’re in the right place
31:58
the company that i started became wildly
32:02
successful in the first few months
32:05
so this whole podcast actually started
32:08
uh from the idea of a book
32:11
um the company that i started was so
32:12
successful in the first six months i
32:15
thought people need to get this
32:17
information
32:18
and so i came home every night after
32:20
starting our company and within six
32:22
months in and i started writing a book
32:24
and i was just puking all of my thoughts
32:26
into my laptop just
32:27
everything and then i started putting a
32:29
little bit of organization to them and
32:30
then it kind of evolved into well i did
32:33
this and then i did that and then it
32:34
really evolved into adversity and it was
32:37
like okay what did i have to overcome
32:39
what did i have to where i am right now
32:41
exactly and so i kind of trimmed it down
32:43
into these like six areas of adversity
32:47
that we’ve talked about and so i wrote
32:48
this giant book about this and and then
32:51
i tabled it for a while
32:53
and then
32:54
i got to thinking like the people that
32:56
really need this information
32:58
how do i even know they’re book readers
33:00
they may not be you know right yeah i’m
33:02
not a book reader and and so like a lot
33:05
of guys are working away every day and
33:07
everything else and they got their
33:08
earbuds in and they’re maybe listening
33:09
to music and maybe listen to the podcast
33:11
or whatever and so i thought there’s the
33:13
medium that’s the best way to get this
33:14
information everybody so what we’ve kind
33:16
of done is we’ve kind of taken this book
33:18
and we’ve shaped it into a podcast and
33:20
so a lot of times if you see us reading
33:22
from these papers and everything else
33:24
it’s because basically i’ve taken this
33:26
book and kind of transformed it into a
33:27
podcast so these first nine episodes
33:28
you’ll see us reading a lot more than
33:30
you will on the later episodes it’s not
33:32
just we’re not just reading
33:34
because
33:35
we don’t know where to talk or what to
33:37
talk about but we don’t want to miss
33:38
certain things that are important that
33:40
need to be in there yeah ultimately
33:42
we’re going to cover everything that was
33:43
in this book that i wrote in these first
33:45
core nine episodes and so and some stuff
33:48
i just make up as we go well you’re
33:50
pretty good at that you’re actually
33:52
really good at that just win it so just
33:54
winging it so we’ll do a little bit more
33:55
reading in the early episodes than we do
33:57
in the later episodes so but that
33:58
stuff’s important yeah i want to make
34:00
sure that that point is made that stuff
34:02
is important and that’s why
34:04
it is red sometimes yeah because that
34:06
stuff needs to be explained yeah so
34:08
business ownership is a wonderful
34:10
destination it’s a wonderful stadium or
34:12
arena or whatever else that you were
34:14
just envisioning right so business
34:16
ownership brings freedom and luxuries
34:18
that you just can’t get by working for
34:20
somebody else now that’s not to say it’s
34:22
easy
34:23
no it’s not it’s definitely not easy if
34:24
it was easy
34:26
we wouldn’t make this podcast well if
34:28
it’s easy everyone would be doing it and
34:29
we wouldn’t have to make this podcast i
34:30
was trying to not be cliche yeah yeah i
34:32
was trying not to be cliche but
34:34
yeah exactly you’re pretty good at that
34:36
exactly so um so a common goal of of of
34:39
starting your own business is to become
34:41
a millionaire right but i want you to
34:43
wrap your head around an idea uh that
34:45
may help you understand a lot of the
34:47
stuff that we’re going to discuss in
34:48
this show
34:50
consider that money isn’t the purpose of
34:53
starting your business
34:54
freedom could be a purpose freedom right
34:57
so
34:57
um
34:59
consider that that money isn’t even the
35:01
purpose of this millionaire gold
35:03
flexibility right
35:05
think about the idea that we’re not
35:07
chasing money
35:08
but rather the person that we become
35:11
along the way
35:13
um so we’re kind of talking about like a
35:15
millionaire’s mindset so to speak um
35:20
uh
35:20
you know i’m gonna put i’m gonna put
35:22
marcus on the spot here
35:23
here we go here we go
35:25
marcus would you rather have
35:27
no business knowledge at all no
35:30
millionaire mindset but have a million
35:33
dollars
35:34
or
35:35
would you rather have the mindset of a
35:38
millionaire the mindset of of a guy who
35:41
can
35:42
produce wealth repeatedly give him an
35:45
example just pick just pick a guy that’s
35:46
a millionaire what you’re doing here say
35:49
say elon musk i hate that guy no i don’t
35:51
want to go that high level let’s let’s
35:53
let’s go with the guy that owns the
35:55
grocery store in your town okay would
35:58
you rather have his mindset okay because
36:01
undoubtedly a grocery store owner is
36:02
gonna be a millionaire right i’m just
36:05
gonna say that okay probably i know one
36:07
that is but right
36:09
but i don’t know if that’s a real thing
36:10
maybe it is i mean and rightfully so
36:12
yeah a generation i think we know the
36:15
same grocery store owner we do yeah well
36:17
we’re not going to uh rightfully i’ve
36:18
had many conversations with them and
36:20
that is an incredibly difficult business
36:22
with incredibly small margins so
36:24
that’s why it’s a family
36:30
but anyway would you rather have zero
36:33
business sense zero millionaire mindset
36:34
in a million dollars or would you rather
36:36
have
36:37
the millionaires mindset and no money
36:40
today okay
36:44
it’s kind of a trick question yeah well
36:46
the thing is let’s see what he had let’s
36:47
see
36:48
david
36:49
i know you guys so
36:51
i mean
36:53
i’m in a sense
36:55
i would take the the money okay i have
36:57
you he has the millionaire he’s gonna
36:58
he’s gonna take the money
37:00
you know he’s gonna be a great answer so
37:02
he’s gonna take the money and then he’s
37:04
gonna bank on our minds that’s what it
37:05
is it’s about being honest right let’s
37:08
talk about let’s talk about being just
37:09
successful for just two seconds
37:12
two seconds off of the show you know uh
37:15
being smart is surrounding yourself by
37:17
smart people so right you know that’s
37:20
that’s not a wrong answer that’s
37:22
that’s not a wrong answer that’s
37:24
exciting i like that answer and so
37:26
there’s really no right answer to that
37:27
question right like i was actually i
37:29
thought it might we might be going off
37:31
the rails for a second so that was
37:33
actually really good so a lot of guys
37:34
would say i’ll take the million and then
37:36
i’m immediately going to start
37:37
developing my millionaire mindset right
37:38
yeah but what i’m getting at is
37:42
the mindset is so key to your future
37:45
wealth and the future success of your
37:46
business that i want people to focus
37:49
more on their mindset than the money
37:52
the goal
37:53
is to is not to become a millionaire the
37:56
goal is to become um to develop to
37:59
develop the millionaire mindset a
38:01
byproduct of developing a millionaire
38:03
mindset
38:04
is a million dollars yes okay so focus
38:08
on the mindset and the money will come
38:10
don’t focus on the money money is like a
38:12
dog
38:13
and if you chase a dog it’ll run
38:16
okay
38:18
i like that example money money is
38:19
exactly like it we spoke about this in
38:21
the truck yeah yeah oh you guys are
38:23
pre-pepper i haven’t i have a whole bag
38:26
of mitch jewels yeah
38:28
now in all fairness
38:30
most of my jewels
38:32
most of my little gems of knowledge have
38:34
all come from mentor i’m like a
38:36
regurgitator of great information i
38:38
didn’t necessarily come up with this
38:40
stuff
38:40
man do you did you just see his head
38:43
inflate like two inches oh yeah
38:47
so
38:48
make sure you have the right goals in
38:49
mind right let’s talk about millionaire
38:51
mindset for a second give me an example
38:53
of so what is a millionaire mindset
38:55
think think about this for a second
38:57
life is not designed to give you what
38:59
you want
39:01
life is not designed to give you what
39:03
you need
39:04
life is designed to give you what you
39:07
deserve okay
39:09
simply wanting wealth won’t bring wealth
39:12
needing wealth or money won’t bring it
39:15
either money and wealth gravitate to
39:18
those who deserve it it ends up in the
39:20
hands who
39:21
of those who’ve worked very hard and
39:23
very smart
39:25
you can’t expect a millionaire or a
39:27
billionaire to hand over a portion of
39:28
their fortune simply because you want it
39:31
the same idea is for need just because
39:33
you need money doesn’t make money appear
39:35
okay if a person is wealthy it’s because
39:38
they’ve worked very hard and they’ve
39:40
deserved to be wealthy
39:43
your business if it’s to be successful
39:46
it’s because it deserved to be a
39:48
successful business okay so
39:52
just because you’ve put in the time and
39:53
effort into building systems and
39:54
processes but you you leave out some of
39:56
these other adversities you might not
39:58
see success
40:00
you work on all six of these areas and i
40:02
can virtually guarantee you’re going to
40:04
be successful and if you’re not you can
40:07
send in a question of the show and i can
40:09
almost guarantee we’re going to be able
40:10
to pick out where you’re falling short
40:12
yeah break it down yeah figure out what
40:13
happened yeah so if you’re going to be
40:15
successful it’s because it’s because you
40:17
rose above want and need and you created
40:20
a system that deserves success okay so
40:23
it’s been said that if you rounded up
40:25
all the money in the world and you
40:26
shared it equally among everybody in the
40:29
world
40:29
it would eventually end up right back in
40:32
the same hands
40:34
of where it is now the same hands that
40:35
used to hold it
40:37
the reason has a lot to do with the
40:38
mindset of the individuals that make up
40:40
that story
40:42
millionaires have a mindset that the
40:44
middle class doesn’t
40:45
the middle class has a mindset that poor
40:47
people don’t let’s say something real
40:49
quick while you’re talking about that
40:51
i’m middle class yeah okay [ __ ] is
40:53
middle class wow so we’re not
40:57
no one’s
40:58
we’re not being slighting anyone no
41:00
one’s preaching it’s just
41:03
they’re just facts so
41:04
it’s just that’s the way it is i’ll say
41:06
this
41:07
through the duration of this podcast
41:10
it’s possible i become a millionaire
41:13
and if i do through this podcast you’re
41:16
damn well sure right that i’m gonna
41:18
celebrate the hell out of that with
41:19
everybody on this podcast millionaire
41:21
mindset millionaire mindset mindset
41:23
t-shirts coming to you soon there we go
41:25
there we go t-shirt t-shirt no we don’t
41:27
we don’t sell anything we get we are
41:29
going to be a free t-shirt so free
41:31
t-shirts best questions get shirts you
41:33
know what maybe we’ll do that
41:35
when we start doing questions questions
41:37
of the week you get maybe maybe maybe we
41:39
evolve maybe we work into something like
41:41
that
41:42
i do too marcus said he’d pay for the
41:44
shirts i heard it did you hear it yeah
41:46
marcus is straight out of his paycheck
41:47
that’s right i like it so so let’s get
41:49
back onto this idea that okay so we take
41:51
all the millionaire all the money in the
41:53
world we divide it equally among
41:54
everybody in the world
41:55
we get
41:57
eventually it’s going to end up right
41:58
back in the same hands right
42:00
if everybody in the in the planet had an
42:02
equal amount of money but they didn’t
42:04
change their mindset then their spending
42:06
habits would remain the same
42:08
so the poor-minded people would waste
42:10
their money and on on on products that
42:14
provide them temporary satisfaction
42:16
the middle-class minded people would
42:18
invest some of it and go buy a modest
42:20
house somewhere
42:21
meanwhile the millionaires would have
42:23
the discipline to hold off on spending
42:25
any of the money but rather they would
42:26
invest their time and their share of the
42:28
money and they would develop products
42:30
that provide temporary satisfaction to
42:32
the poor people and they would probably
42:33
invest in real estate systems and
42:35
everything else and sell homes to the
42:36
middle class
42:38
so
42:38
simply put
42:40
if you’re bestowed
42:42
wealth without growing your mindset your
42:45
wealth will be short-lived
42:48
and that’s what you mean when you say
42:50
the wealthy deserve to be wealthy
42:52
exactly you know what i mean if
42:54
if a kid gets a inheritance and he gets
42:57
a ton of money i would say that guy
42:58
doesn’t deserve to be wealthy right and
43:00
he won’t be for long
43:01
but
43:02
what you just said now if he is smart
43:04
with that money
43:06
and does the right things with that
43:07
money
43:08
and grows that wealth right he deserves
43:11
to be wealthy right the good books say
43:12
about the fool and the money the fool in
43:14
the money will soon party will soon park
43:16
come on now right right so so focus on
43:18
that millionaire mindset long before
43:20
your wealth ever arrives okay
43:23
i do this daily uh there’s a lot of
43:26
problems that i come across where i am
43:28
searching for how would a millionaire
43:30
answer this how would somebody who had a
43:32
million dollars in assets in the bank
43:34
answer this question that’s not always a
43:36
easy question to answer oh boy it’s not
43:38
either and and you know and there is
43:39
nothing wrong with
43:41
so say on this show you have a question
43:43
about that right and when we get to the
43:45
question and answers we could answer
43:46
that right maybe you go to a mentor like
43:48
we were talking about earlier right or
43:50
and not necessarily a guru from a but an
43:52
actual mentor someone you know is
43:55
successful and does well with money and
43:56
say you know there’s nothing wrong with
43:57
asking for help right hey what what do
43:59
you think when you ask for help you
44:02
develop
44:03
a different mindset yeah you know when
44:05
you gain that wisdom you’re moving
44:07
forward yeah and that’s what we’re
44:09
talking about here right right yes
44:11
getting into that mindset long before
44:13
the wealth ever arrives allows you to
44:15
properly handle that wealth when it does
44:18
come in yes so that’s why we’re talking
44:20
about the money isn’t the goal it’s the
44:22
mindset’s the goal and eventually the
44:23
money’s going to show up i’ve never met
44:25
anybody with a millionaire mindset that
44:27
didn’t eventually become a millionaire
44:29
so
44:30
um as we wind down this first episode
44:33
i want to talk to you guys about how
44:34
these episodes grow and how they develop
44:36
right so
44:38
if you like what you’ve heard today
44:40
and you’re excited to hear more
44:42
do us a favor and help
44:44
share this show with anybody that you
44:46
think you’re going to see benefit from
44:50
talk to your friends everybody knows
44:51
somebody who’s got
44:54
um who’s got friends that are wanting to
44:56
start a business
44:57
share the show with them and i’m not
44:59
saying like go to your social media page
45:01
and just post it on there that’s kind of
45:02
that’s kind of fake um send them a text
45:04
send them a link to this show however
45:06
you’re hearing it send them a link to
45:08
the to the show right um
45:10
and um
45:12
send it directly to your friends that
45:14
are that are aspiring to start their own
45:15
businesses
45:17
of course you’ll you’ll want to
45:19
subscribe to the show too but um
45:21
i’ve built my business on creating
45:24
enough value that people want to help me
45:26
become successful or help our business
45:28
become successful that’s the same way we
45:30
want to grow this podcast we want to
45:32
give you guys enough value that you help
45:34
grow this for us
45:36
again because we’re not selling anything
45:38
we’re not going to pay to advertise this
45:40
show and so it’s going to this show is
45:42
going to grow and the show is going to
45:43
grow nationally and become and become
45:45
great simply because you guys are doing
45:47
a really good job of sharing the show
45:49
yeah natural natural growth right
45:52
the other thing i want to talk about is
45:54
there’s plenty of room for everybody to
45:56
start their own company so don’t don’t
45:58
feel like oh it’s lonely at the top or
46:01
or whatever the case may be like oh i
46:04
don’t know if there’s room for that
46:05
there is always room in the market for
46:07
somebody to come in and kick ass at
46:10
doing anything yeah so
46:12
uh don’t don’t feel like there’s not
46:14
enough room in the market for you to
46:16
start your own company because there
46:17
sure is and don’t feel like you need to
46:19
like hide this information from your
46:21
friend who does the same thing you do
46:23
a lot
46:25
a lot of my friends also own plumbing
46:27
companies i own a plumbing company help
46:28
each other we help each other out all
46:30
the time when our schedule’s maxed i
46:32
send work to my friends yeah and they do
46:34
this and they do the same when i go on
46:36
vacation i send work to my friends one
46:38
of my friends was laid up with a back
46:40
injury he sent all his work to me it’s
46:42
the greatest thing ever so yeah one of
46:44
the things you’re going to find out
46:45
what’s really really really really
46:45
really really really really
46:46
yeah is
46:47
can be a real powerful thing yeah with
46:50
really successful people they want to
46:51
see other people become successful and
46:53
we’re going to talk about that in one of
46:55
the episodes that can uh community
46:56
service involvement yeah yeah it’ll
46:58
it’ll actually be episode seven i think
47:00
that yeah we’re going to talk about
47:01
community service so
47:02
um as again as we wind down do us a
47:04
favor help sell the show help share the
47:06
show share the show and uh
47:09
everybody had
47:10
yeah everybody have a great week and
47:12
we’ll see you on episode
47:14[Music]
